House Rules

Welcome to our space! We're thrilled to have you utilize our facilities. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, we've established some guidelines, which we kindly ask you to adhere to:

Props:

  • Only utilize props available in the front room; refrain from using items in the office area and bathroom, including hats and clothes.

  • PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THE COUCH due to previous incidents with its legs breaking.

Time:

  • Your rented time includes setup and cleanup. Please respect the allocated time to avoid additional fees.

Cleanup:

  • Leave the space as clean as you found it; cleaning supplies are available in the "employees only" room and under the front cabinets.

  • Notify us of any damaged or excessively dirty items beyond your ability to clean.

  • Clean any messes thoroughly, including glitter, feathers, cake smash, etc., to accommodate other renters throughout the day.

Tables:

  • You may use tables or empty desks for makeup work or to hold items; refrain from placing liquids on white desks.

Common Sense:

  • Exercise good judgment and common sense while using our space; don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

Locking up:

  • Return all items to their original positions.

  • Reset the air to its original setting/temp if adjusted.

  • Turn off all lights.

  • Ensure the door locks properly by pushing it in slightly if necessary.

Paper Backdrops:

  • The remote for the backdrop is atop the front cabinets; keep it on channel "01" without adjusting the numbers.

  • When rolling out the paper, avoid surpassing the first line on the cement floor to prevent tearing.

  • Trim dirty sections of the paper with scissors if necessary, but avoid excessive cutting.

  • Take care when using the remote to move the paper up/down to prevent tearing; use sandbags to hold the paper down if needed.

  • If unsure, feel free to call for assistance.

Getting into Collective:

  • If you have rented before, a lock box code will be provided via text message.

  • Do not share the code with anyone; rotate the numbers when returning the key to maintain security.

  • If you are a NEW renter, one of the owners will be there to open 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to show you around and answer any questions.
